You can use the AI chat and read news without an account. However, an account is required to: • Post announcements • Add shops • Save favorite shops and announcements • Sync your chat history across devices Creating an account is free and only requires an email address.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time: 1. Open the app and go to Settings 2. Tap on Account 3. Tap "Delete Account" 4. Confirm the deletion This will permanently remove your account, chat history, shops, announcements, and all personal data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Your chat history is stored on our secure servers hosted in Germany (EU), fully compliant with GDPR. For anonymous use, chats are stored per device; when you sign in, they are associated with your account. You can delete your data at any time from the app settings.

Clearing the cache removes temporary data stored on your device, such as cached images and app preferences. It does not delete your account, chat history, or any saved content. It can help resolve display issues or free up storage space on your device.

Your chat conversations are stored on our secure servers. You can: • View all your past conversations in the chat history screen • Continue any previous conversation • Delete individual conversations or all history at once Anonymous users' chats are stored per device; signed-in users' chats are synced to their account.

Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest on our servers. They are processed to generate responses, and access is limited to authorized systems or personnel when needed for support, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Conversations are not used to train public AI models.

Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by Tamil AI directly. On iPhone: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple. On Android: Open Google Play → Account → Order history → find the purchase and request a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the respective store's refund policy.
